installation

Our specially trained professionals install the tanks just the way you want them with the utmost care and quality. We used the highest quality parts so they last and are safe to potable grade.

Our tanks will never get algae - the tanks are light proof - nor mosquitoes - we use screens.

Typical timetable for Ferrocement Tank installation

Although this timetable is highly variable, this gives you a good idea of what to expect.for the installation of one LFC-300 tank.

Day 1
3-4 hours building the platform/base for the tank, bringing in the tank sections, stacking them, drilling the holes and sealing them - then we need to wait at least 7 days for the joint sealant to cure

Day 2
1-2 hours sealing inside of tank - wait at least 24 hours to dry

Day 3
4-6 hours  - 2nd coat of sealant in tank and making all connections from gutter downspout into tank and overflow

Adding customization features can significantly add installation time.
